Why Seal Your Asphalt?

When asphalt starts to deteriorate it begins to crack. These cracks allow condensation to enter the core of the asphalt and begins to breakdown the materials that maintain stability. Due to our climate, asphalt begins to break up because the condensation that was allowed to penetrate the asphalt, starts to freeze in the winter causing it to expand. Eventually, you will have to spend thousands of dollars to repair and possibly re pave. Seal coating replaces all of the necessary oils and tars back into the asphalt. We use an oil base sealer which acts as a protective liquid against  condensation and oxidation damage which allows your asphalt to breath and shift with elasticity.

Bucket Asphalt Sealer will clog the pours of your asphalt. We spray our sealer on using only the natural oils and tars to revitalize the asphalt. This product is the stuff they make asphalt with. The reason your driveway goes gray is because all of the oils and tars dry up leaving it dry. This causes cracking and a breakdown of the it's natural flexibility. We spray 100% liquid asphalt back into the pours using 150 psi pressure
