This weekend our Team worked on a 65,000 sq/ft parking lot. The client was looking at renting out the space but was finding that potential tenants were concerned with large trucks coming into the loading docks as the pavement in these area's were extremely deteriorated.

For a fraction of the cost of re paving this parking lot we repaved the areas that could not be saved which equaled 10,000 sq ft. The rest of the parking lot we did paving repairs to the pot holes, and seal coated and protected the rest of the parking lot.

Quite often we come across parking lots where the drain has collapsed and the asphalt around the drain has deteriorated to the point where it affects the drainage.

This weekend we worked in Sutton, ON at the Professional building. This client was having issues with the drainage of the parking lot as well as an increase in cracks in the pavement from last year to this year. We decided to cap around the drain to allow effective drainage rather than cut around and re pave. This saved the client money and gave them a solution that fixed the problem.

We also seal coated and re lined the parking lot to protect it against further damage.

Here is our crew working on a large industrial parking lot. We are paving and repairing asphalt patches. This parking lot was damaged due to large trucks turning into the loading docks.
